We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for services, schedule appointments, complete intake forms, or communicate with our clinical team. The information we may collect includes:

• Full name, contact number, email address, and residential details
• Medical history, current medications, known allergies, and presenting complaints
• Constitutional information relevant to Mizaj (Constitutional Temperament) assessment (age, lifestyle, occupation, dietary habits)
• Any additional health information you choose to share during consultations

We collect only information that is necessary for providing quality, personalized healthcare. You will never be asked for information that is irrelevant to your care.

The information we collect is used primarily to provide you with personalized Eastern Medicine healthcare services. Specific uses include:

• Scheduling and managing your appointments and follow-ups
• Maintaining and updating your medical records accurately
• Communicating with you about your treatment plan, prescriptions, and progress
• Ensuring continuity of care across multiple visits
• Administrative purposes including billing, compliance, and audit requirements

We do not use your personal information for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose unrelated to your direct healthcare. Your data serves your care — nothing else.

We implement a range of security measures to ensure the safety and integrity of your personal and medical information:

• Encrypted Connections: Information you send through this website travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
• Access Controls: Strict access controls limit who can view your records — only those directly involved in your care or clinic administration have authorized access.

• Staff Instruction: Staff who handle patient data are instructed in their confidentiality obligations.

We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or any commercial tracking purpose.

Patients under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who provides the information and consents on the patient's behalf, and should attend the consultation with them. Our booking forms let a parent or guardian book for a son or daughter for this purpose.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental or guardian consent.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will take prompt steps to remove that information from our records.

Parents or guardians who believe their child's information may have been collected without consent are encouraged to contact us immediately at link.pcem@gmail.com so we can address the matter without delay.

When you book or apply, you may upload tongue and urine photographs, proof of immobility, payment receipts or a CV. For certain men's health products we also verify a marital certificate and keep a copy.

• These files are used only for your care, to verify payment or eligibility, or to assess a job application.
• They are stored under random, unguessable file names, excluded from search engines, and used only by the clinical and administrative staff who need them. They are never published or used for publicity.
• Booking forms ask you to consent to this storage before you submit.
• They are kept and deleted as described in Data Retention & Deletion.

We communicate and consult through WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, our own in-house video room, phone and email. When you use WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet, those companies process your data under their own privacy terms.

We share with these services only what is needed to arrange or hold your consultation (for example a meeting link or appointment message), and we do not use them to send advertising.

We never record consultations — neither the conversation nor the video of an online consultation, nor an in-clinic visit. Out of respect for your privacy, only the clinical notes your physician writes are kept in your record.

When you refer a patient or book for a family member, you give us information about another person. Please share it only with that person's knowledge and permission (or as their parent or guardian).

We use it only to contact that person about the referral or booking. They may ask us at any time to correct or delete it.

Patient records, uploaded photographs and documents, and payment receipts are kept only for as long as they are needed for your care and as required by law, and are then securely deleted.

You may ask us to delete your information by writing to link.pcem@gmail.com. We will do so unless the law or your ongoing care requires us to keep it, in which case we will tell you why.

If you consult us from outside Pakistan, your information is handled by Pakistan Clinicem in Pakistan and under Pakistani law. Some service providers we use (such as WhatsApp, Zoom and Google) may process data in other countries under their own terms. Prescribed medicines are currently delivered within Pakistan only.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address and any topics you choose. We use them only to send health-education content and clinic news, such as events and workshops.

The newsletter carries no advertising, sponsored content or promotional offers, consistent with Use of Information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

If a data breach is likely to affect you, we will tell you without undue delay: what happened, what information was involved, what we are doing about it and what you can do. We will also notify the relevant authorities where Pakistani law requires it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect:

• Changes in our clinical practices or data handling procedures
• Updates to applicable laws and regulatory requirements in Pakistan
• Improvements to our data security infrastructure
• Feedback from patients or advisors on clarity and completeness
