Content licensing refers to the legal permission granted by a content owner to another party, allowing them to use specific content under defined conditions. For Pakistan Clinicem, this is essential to ensure that all educational materials, research articles, and patient resources are used appropriately, legally, and in a manner that does not misrepresent our clinical positions or compromise patient safety.

All content licensing at Pakistan Clinicem is governed by formal written agreements that specify: the duration of the license, whether it is exclusive or non-exclusive, the permitted formats and channels of use, any associated fees or attribution requirements, and restrictions on modification. No content may be used without such an agreement in place.

By ensuring that all content distributed under license meets our quality and accuracy standards, Pakistan Clinicem protects patients from misinformation. Licensed content must retain its original clinical accuracy, context, and intent — unauthorized editing that alters medical meaning is expressly prohibited under all licensing agreements.

All licensed content must comply with guidelines set by NCT (National Council for Tibb), DRAP, and PMC regarding the dissemination of health information. Licensees are responsible for ensuring that the content they use remains compliant with any applicable regulatory standards in their jurisdiction. Pakistan Clinicem reserves the right to revoke licenses where compliance is breached.

Pakistan Clinicem content distributed through digital channels — including websites, social media, mobile applications, and email — must be used strictly within the scope of the relevant licensing agreement. Platforms must clearly attribute content to Pakistan Clinicem and must not host our content alongside material that contradicts or undermines our clinical guidance.

Pakistan Clinicem welcomes collaborative content arrangements with healthcare providers, academic institutions, and research organizations. Prospective partners may apply for content licensing agreements that enable them to share our Eastern Medicine educational resources within their own patient populations or academic curricula, subject to approval and appropriate attribution.

Pakistan Clinicem actively monitors the use of its licensed content across all distribution channels. This includes tracking unauthorized reproduction, reviewing how licensed materials are contextualized, and verifying that attribution requirements are being met. Any discovered misuse will result in immediate license revocation and may lead to legal action under applicable Pakistani IP law.

As digital media and content distribution continue to evolve, Pakistan Clinicem will review and update this policy periodically to address new formats, platforms, and licensing models. AI-generated or AI-assisted reproduction of our content is not permitted under existing licenses and will be addressed by future policy revisions.

The following uses are expressly prohibited without a formal written license:

• Reproduction of any article, video, or image in whole or in part
• Modification or recontextualization of clinical content
• Commercial use of any Pakistan Clinicem material
• AI training datasets that incorporate our content
• Republication on competing or unrelated healthcare platforms
