Before Your Visit

For an accurate diagnosis & prescription

Avoid unnecessary and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and supplements for at least 3–5 days before your visit, unless prescribed by your doctor. Also avoid foods containing either artificial coloring additives or natural colorants.

After this 3–5 day period, take two clear photographs: your tongue in the morning (before rinsing, eating, or drinking), following your usual teeth and tongue cleaning before sleep at night, and your morning’s complete volume of urine in a clean, transparent container. Take both pictures against a plain white background in normal indoor daylight, with the flash off. Do not discard any urine during collection; allow it to settle for at least 5 minutes before photographing. A transparent, graduated container is preferred, where available. Keep both images on your device and bring them when visiting us.

Never stop a medicine prescribed by your doctor. If you take diabetes medicines or have a condition that needs regular meals, follow your doctor's advice and call the clinic if unsure.

For your OPD visit, arrive approximately 4 hours after your last meal. This helps ensure accurate evaluation of Eastern Medicine diagnostic parameters.
